If I order a book in .pdf version, is it possible to print it?
Yes, all our books in .pdf format can be printed.

In how long will I receive my book in .pdf format, my software, my audio?
You receive your product immediately by downloading it, as soon as your purchase order is validated.

Is the Paypal payment secured?
- Paypal is the ultra secured payment service of Ebay and it is used by more than 100 million of people in the world.
- by using this ultra secured platform, your coordinates remain confidential, we never have access to your credit card number. You have nothing to fear.
- the payments can be carried out by Credit Card if you do not have a Paypal account.

How can I propose the payment on my website and use Paypal for that?
With PayPal, you can open a virtual account to receive easily the payments and in full safety. You can thus accept the payments by Credit Card in a few minutes.
You can also use your Paypal account to carry out procurements on Internet.

I lost my download link
No problem... Submit a ticket and indicate your first name and name, your email, the product name, the date of purchase, your receipt number.
I will send you again the link allowing you to download your files once again.

I ordered one of your products, but I cant't download it
If you ordered a book in .pdf, a software or a script, and paid by Credit Card or Paypal, the delivery is immediate by downloading.

You have received a separate email containing the link to acces your personal download page and your receipt.
If you did not receive this email, check out your email box and remove your spam filter in order to be sure to receive this email.

Instructions for downloading your product

In the bottom of your personal page for downloading you will find download links for each of the files that accompany your order.



Click on the first with your RIGHT mouse and you will see a menu like this one:


With Internet Explorer choose "Save Target As..." for download the file in the directory of your choice (with Netscape & Firefox you choose "Save Link As...").

Once you select the "save target as" or "save link as" entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

Select a directory ou folder of your choice you can easily find.

Once you have downloaded the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double click the file to open it. Repeat this process for each of these files...


I downloaded my product but I cannot open the file
The file that you downloaded - ebook, audio, script or software - is a compressed file: compression is used to reduce the downloading time. You need a zip utility to un-pack the zipped files.

If your product is an ebook in .pdf format, you need a free program to open and read your ebook.

If these programs are not installed on your computer, you can download them for free here:

You are a customer and have downloaded products: ebooks, scripts or software. Please find below the programs which you may need to use your products.

The downloaded files can be compressed in .zip format, in order to reduce the downloading time.

A zip utility is already installed on the majority of the computers. If a zip utility is not already installed on your computer, you can download 7Zip for free and install it on your computer.



7Zip enables you to decompress the files which are compressed in .zip format. You can download it for free by clicking here. Once 7Zip installed, click on any file ending in .zip and the program 7Zip will open. Click then on "Extract" to uncompress the file in any repertory of your disc.

Mac/Linux users: I recommend to use StuffIt Expander, to download for free here.


The ebooks you downloaded are for the majority in .pdf format. You need the programm Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and read your ebooks. This programm is already installed on the majority of the computers. If Acrobat Reader is not already installed on your computer, download it free below.



Acrobat Reader a free program which allow you to read the ebooks which are with the .pdf format. You can download it here. Once Acrobat Reader installed, click on any file ending in .pdf and your ebook will open automatically. You can read your ebook on your computer screen or print it.

FileZilla allows you to transfer your files from your computer to a server. You can get further details about FilleZilla here.

What are the schedules of the support and the deadline for reply?
The customer support is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 with 17:00 and our objective is to answer you in less than 2 working days. It is not a guaranteed time, but it is our objective.
The time can be shorter or longer depending of the number of tickets which we have to handle.

Can I be refunded if I am not satisfied with the product?

* If you wish to be refunded for a product which does not bring satisfaction to you, please check out the delay to benefit from this guarantee, delay depending on the product (see on the sale page).

* Submit your refund demand by submitting a ticket. Indicate your first name and name, your email, the product name, the date of purchase, your receipt number, the reason of your unsatisfaction, the URL of the website where you bought the product.

* Agreement destruction of intellectual property
To receive a refund, the Customer will confirm that it takes all necessary steps to clear and destroy the intellectual property of the product which he had acquired the right and license to use.

* For the physical products that you received by the Post office (paper version ebook, CD, DVD) please return the product in good condition at this address:

Do not forget to join in your package your first name and name, your email, the product name, the date of purchase, your receipt number, the reason of your unsatisfaction.
The return expenses are at your charge. No refund will be carried out if the returned product has gone bad.

* Settlement is carried out within a time lower or equal to 30 days after the reception of the products by us. It is carried either by credit on your Paypal Account or MoneyBookers, with the name and email of the Customer having placed the order and to the bill-to-address.
No cash on delivery is accepted, whatever is the reason.
